Dove House Children’s Advocacy Center has recently moved into their newly built, owned facility located at 2407 Simonton Road in Statesville, North Carolina. This amazing facility will ensure our ability to serve children and families for years to come. Over 93% of our new facility has been paid for through the awesome generosity and support of the community that we serve! We will be forever grateful especially to Spivey Construction. of Mooresville, NC, who donated their project management services and managed this entire project from start to finish. All of the donors of material or labor to this project are listed below, and we ask our supporters to patronize these companies that have helped Dove House and clearly have a company culture of giving back to their community.
We continue to work on raising the last 7% cost of this building so that we will be completely mortgage-free. One of our ongoing building campaign programs is the sale of engraved wall tiles and brick pavers that are permanently installed on the property. The engraved wall tiles cost $150 and are installed on designated walls in public spaces of the interior of the building. The engraved brick pavers cost $1,000 and are installed in the walkway of our beautiful Meditation Garden. Have your company name, or the name of a loved one, or a personal message, etched onto these tiles and pavers, and become a permanent part of Dove House!
