IDS ShowHouse

The Charlotte Chapter of the Interior Design Society (IDS) has announced that its Spring 2008 ShowHouse project will be located in Uptown Charlotte at the corner of 4th and South Tryon streets.  Formerly the Home Federal Savings and Loan building, The Trust is the brainchild of local developer Jim Donnelly and is the first urban setting for an IDS ShowHouse project.  The 7-story building, constructed by Heard Ratzlaff, features eight luxurious units and a 2-level restaurant and delivers an unparalleled level of exclusivity and luxury.  This awesome building is open to the public beginning Wednesday, May 7th through Saturday, May 24thShowHouse days and times are Wednesdays and Thursdays 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Fridays 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sundays 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Ticket prices to tour the building will be $12 in advance at any Emerson Joseph location or $15 at the door.  Click on the IDS logo or contact us for tickets or more information.
